Rye Senior Serve - Rye Senior SERVE is a non-profit organization of Rye residents who volunteer to assist Rye’s seniors in a variety of ways. SERVE’s individual drivers provide transportation for the town’s seniors to necessary medical appointments. Every Tuesday morning the SERVE van runs a trip to Market Basket Plaza for grocery shopping and errands at Rite-Aid pharmacy, TD Bank and Hallmark Card Shop. Some seniors also take advantage of the option of breakfast at Hebert’s restaurant. In addition the SERVE van takes riders on planned outings and monthly luncheons.
